Being present for this particular Halo Manash performance, I will agree with the general sentiment that the video severely lacks the depth of the full array of senses that the evening presented to us. Great efforts were taken by the performers to engage all of our senses, and ultimately visual documentation only scratches the surface of what they strive to present as a whole.
Indeed, it seems that a ritual of this nature is unfairly presented in such limited context, however personally I believe it's some of the most moving video documentation that I've had the pleasure to present.
Musical performances from Stella Natura were all extremely moving by their very nature. I expect to release more excerpts from the weekend, as time allows.
